Ships out using: Australian post (Standard Parcel)

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: Normally it takes about 5~14 days to arrive (Depends on where you live and other reasons)

To make sure your order is safe during shipping and shipping fee low, all Items are in a small cardboard box within courier satchel bag ( for protect from water).

Sorry I do not do "Gift wrapping".

About "Shipping"

1. Flat rate $10 shipping fee for all items and NO additional cost for additional items.

2. I normally post items within 1~3 bussiness days after payment is made and normally it takes about 5~14 days to arrive.

3. Because of where you live or some issues (Like busy shipping season, Natural disaster etc), delivery might take much longer than usual.

4. Yes, come with tracking number

About "Return & Exchanges" and "Return & Refund"

Yes, I accept "Return & Exchanges" and "Return & Refund" but "Return & Exchanges" and "Return & Refund" are not good solution for you and me, because....

1. Hygiene reasons + other reasons, I normally have to through away the item Customers return for Refund or Exchanges.

2. Items must return to me for Full Refund or Exchanges and Customers has to bear the expenses of postage fee to return items.

3. There are risk of getting lost or might be broken during shipping item back.

So if you have problems with your order, please message me anytime to find out better solution than Return items for both of us. If you still like to return items for Full Refund or Exchanges, please

1. Message me before return item.

2. Return items with the original package. And please mind I can not give you Full Refund or Exchanges before I get items back from you, so Refund will takes about 7 ~ 21 days, Exchanges will take about 14 ~ 30 days to finish prosess.

About "Payments" for Normal orders
For Normal orders, Payment is made at the time of purchase.

How Custom / Personalized orders works (Payments and Steps)
After I get a custom order from you, I will reply to you (will let you know I can make the order or not, how much the custom order will be etc) and if we both agree with the custom order, I will make "Custom item list" for you. Payment is made when you purchase the "Custom item list"

About "Cancellation"
All orders are unable to be cancelled once order is shipped.
