Shipping & Packaging Policy
- Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
- Delivery details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to monitor the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
Refund and Exchange Policy
- I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something is not quite right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping cost. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
- Please note that resin art is unique and all efforts are made to try and eliminate trapped air bubbles. It's possible that your unique piece may have bubbles or micro bubbles.
