Delivery Times: Estimated Delivery is 3 - 7 business days from the time of posting as per the Au Post website.

Orders of $110 and over ship free.

Firstly, thank you so much for shopping here and supporting an Australian Maker. You are wonderful.

Secondly, PLEASE ensure your shipping address and billing details are correct to avoid lost treasures that can't be replaced or refunded.

• Your goodies are securely packed in sturdy, fully recyclable eco packaging. Clean recycled packaging may be used where appropriate to reduce waste and to help all living things.
• Your items will be shipped using regular Large letter or Standard Parcel Post.
• As I strive to make the best environmental decisions in my business, an Express option is not offered, so please enjoy the fabulous anticipation of your parcel's arrival, knowing you are helping.

Returns are only accepted if;

• if you have received the wrong item, it will be refunded or replaced with the correct one.
• if the item is defective, it will be replaced with another as per the original order.
• If the item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement of the same item after a claim is lodged with Auspost.

Returns are not accepted;

• For general returns, exchanges, cancellations or if you change your mind.
• If your shipping address or billing details are incorrect.
• If items are returned without contacting me for acceptance first. 
• If items are not returned within the 14 day return window after acceptance.
• If dirty rotten porch pirates thieve your goods after delivery or if items are damaged by exposure after delivery. I strongly suggest having a shipping address where you know someone will be there to collect and protect.

If the problem is my responsibility, I guarantee a replacement or refund to make it right.

• To start the process, contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the item and its packaging, your order number and purchase receipt and I will help you proceed. 
• Save all packaging materials and products and please leave items in their protective sleeves.
• To be eligible, your item must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging.
