If the product is out of stock and being made to order an extra 5 days will apply.
A tracking number will be supplied once the item has been shipped.
As the items at Casa Creations are custom made, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases.
If the item has been damaged during the transit process, please contact me with proof of damage.
Please note - Due to the porous nature of our materials, each product may feature distinctive textures and markings, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Additionally, minor blemishes may be present as a result of our two-component casting process, adding to the unique charm of each item.
