Returns and Refunds

• Taking great care in all of my creations, I want you to fall in love with your new items. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of delivery with relevant details if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
• Should a refund or exchange be mutually arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

• Packaging is thoughtful - using eco-friendly materials (card stock and natural yarns), kept to a minimum (in order to not contribute to growing consumer waste) whilst also taking care to ensure your items are received by you in good condition.
