Care Instructions: All linen is preshrunk, and the printed designs have been heat cured. Care Instructions for all Alili’s linen products are warm handwash with mild detergent. Line dry in shade, Lay flat, or hang your linen to air dry. Warm the Iron on the reverse side. Do not soak, rub, bleach, wring, or tumble dry. Avoid wringing it out to prevent distortion.

Refund and Returns Policy Overview

All our products are hand printed, which means there may be slight differences during each print run and from piece to piece, making them all original. As all our products are made from natural fabrics, there may also be variations in the fabric, but these do not compromise strength or quality and are not regarded as faults. I do my very best to accurately photograph all products; however, please be aware that colours may vary slightly on different computer screens. The colour and print placement you receive may vary slightly from what you see in the online store due to how I create the designs using multiple screen passes and blended colours. Please get in touch with us before ordering if you need a specific colourway.

Conditions for returns:

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, however we ask to keep in mind that each product is individually hand printed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to exchange or give a store credit. Please email info@alilishandprintedecocreations.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the returns process.

The cost of return postage is covered by the customer and we recommend registered post with tracking is used to ensure we receive the return. No refund or exchange is possible for items where care instructions were not followed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
