Crochet is my main craft but spinning, weaving and repurposing also fire up my creativity.

Shipping & packaging policy

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
• Please understand that I live and make my items on Norfolk Island. Post only leaves the Island twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. Whilst the order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible there may be a small delay at the post office waiting for a mail export day.
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days (or as arranged)
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition via Express Post for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
