This stylish, versatile bag has a gorgeous vintage-inspired shape. The subtle checked fabric was cut from a Winter skirt and features shades of black & grey with a tan check through it. The contrast base is cut from charcoal coloured denim jeans.
The asymmetrical flap closes with a magnetic snap. The button showcased on the front was found in my local op shop.
It is lined with cotton fabric purchased from an online de-stash fabric group. There is a simple double slip pocket on the inside front wall.
Size: 33cm across the bottom and 29cm across the top. 26cm high and 7cm front to back across the bottom. The long adjustable strap (up to 130cm long) means you can wear the bag across your body and sit it at whatever height suits you.
This bag was made using the Sedgeford Bag pattern by Charlie's Aunt Sewing Patterns designed by Emma Brennan.
