🐾 How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck for a Perfectly Fitted Handmade Collar
Each collar is carefully handmade, so getting the right fit ensures your dog is comfortable, secure, and looking their best. Collars are only measured after they are complete, as each has a different thickness and length depending on the weave used.
🐾 Measure your dog’s neck properly before ordering:
1. Use a soft tape measure (or string + ruler).
2. Wrap it around the base of your dog’s neck—where their collar usually sits, just above the shoulders.
3. Keep it snug, not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers between the tape and their neck.
4. Note the measurement in centimetres or inches—this is your dog’s neck size.
Because our collars are handmade with structured paracord and a waterproof adjustable strap, we recommend measuring carefully to ensure a good balance between comfort and a secure fit.
