These dainty and elegant earrings are made from real flowers, pressed and set in resin by me. The flowers featured here are gypsophila, more commonly known as baby's breath and often used in bridal bouquets. Tiny sprinkles of gold add a little extra sparkle.
These teardrop earrings are very thin and extremely light to wear. They hang 3.5cm from the earhole and are 1.5cm wide. The flowers are surrounded by a golden frame and the hooks are nickel-free, so perfect for those with sensitive ears.
Did you know that the delicate, lacelike flowers of Queen Anne's Lace resemble the shape of an umbrella or a bird's nest. This is likely why it is seen as a symbol of sanctuary and protection.
With this beautiful sentiment they might make a wonderful gift for your mum!
Everlasting flowers!
