These striking Japanese paper earrings have been crafted from colourful lacquered Japanese washi papers & sterling silver ear wires. They are strong, lightweight & comfortable to wear. Each cylinder bead is handmade in my studio using Japanese washi papers. The earrings are designed to capture the beauty of these delicate patterns.

Handmade process: Japanese washi paper has been folded to create strong paper beads which are then lacquered & suspended on these contemporary sterling silver ear wires.
Packaging: The earrings will be presented in a black velvet gift bag.
Care: These are not intended to be immersed in water although a little rain is not an issue - the varnish & adhesive is water proof.
