This little sweetheart is painted with acrylic paint on a 20 x 20 x1.5 cm canvas.
It is ready to hang with wire strung on the back.
This a handmade product and while I like to paint birds no other bird will be exactly the same as this one.
The colours used include light pinks, purples, apricots, yellows and browns.
A pleasure to paint.My garden has a bird feeder that lots of sparrows visit. I do see finches and robins but none with these colours.The paint is applied thickly in some areas to achieve texture on the feathers for a more realistic look.As a semi retired woman I find great joy in painting and stretching my imagination.
