Bright Ideas Comfort Cushion
Squeeze your worries away with this handmade, heart-shaped comfort cushion.
Made from recycled and remnant fabrics, with a soft and fluffy wool blanket backing. A small pocket on the back can be used to store a special trinket, a keepsake or a secret note. It has been stuffed with recycled polyester fill and has a ribbon loop for hanging.
The idea to make these cushions came about during a time of personal struggle. I find comfort and distraction in creating, and wanted to have something that could imbue a sense of calmness when held.
The symbols on the cushions represent emotion, luck, good fortune, good health, focus and spirituality.
