Is sustainable packaging used?
Each piece of jewellery comes with a hand-stamped jewellery card and is packaged in a reusable cotton drawstring pouch. For extra protection in transit I also use 100% recycled acid-free tissue wrap. Orders of 1 to 2 items are then packed in a rigid but slim cardboard mailing box. These boxes can be reused or recycled and transporting them is easier on the environment than bulkier parcels.
Processing time: For standard orders, please allow 1 to 2 days processing time while existing stock is carefully checked and prepared prior to pick-up or dispatch.
