Introducing my new designed ceramic garlic grater and herb stripper and spoon rest combo.
This is a must have kitchen tool! Grate your garlic, ginger, hard cheeses, nutmeg, lemon/orange zest. Then strip your favourite fresh herbs, add some olive oil and you have a beautiful dipping sauce for fresh bread or salad dressing or even rest your spoon.
Made from Australian Stoneware clay in my small home studio near Mildura, Victoria.
* Made by my hands on the pottery wheel, altered by adding the ripples for grating and creating the holes for stripping fresh herbs.
* Made with Love and attention to detail
* Glazed by me. Options available Orange & White and Cream and White on Speckled clay finish and Fired twice in my small kiln.
Easy to use, just place your food item on the dish and rub over the ripples and TaDa all done, then place the herbs into the holes and pass through, the leaves detach from the stem.
* Features two pouring spouts - can also be used as a Spoon Rest- One item- Multiple uses to help keep your kitchen bench tidy, whilst cooking.
