Double spiral silver-filled or sterling silver drop earrings

These fab drop earrings are inspired by spiral motifs found in the art of many ancient cultures around the world.

Their double spirals have each been hand-crafted from one continuous length of silver wire, from their swirling centres to the tips of the ear wires.

Showcasing silver's beautiful sheen, these earrings are at the same time subtle and striking.

Materials and details

• Ear hooks and double spiral: 10% silver-filled copper core wire (10% silver by weight), or solid sterling silver wire
• Size: Drop approx. 50mm
• Hypoallergenic?: Yes - silver-filled and sterling silver wire may be less irritating than other metals on sensitive skin. 

• What about sustainability and the environment?
• As a precious metal, silver is infinitely reusable and recyclable, as is copper. Sterling silver can be readily melted down and reused over and over again. No other materials are used in the making of these earrings.

• Each piece of jewellery comes with a hand-stamped jewellery card and is packaged in a reusable cotton drawstring pouch. For extra protection in transit I also use 100% recycled acid-free tissue wrap. Orders of 1 to 2 items are then packed in a rigid but slim cardboard mailing box. These boxes can be reused or recycled, and posting smaller parcels means fewer transport vehicles on the road.
