Custom Portrait Painting by Commission. (Two figures.)
A hand-painted work of art is one of the most unique and personal gifts you can give, and one that will last a lifetime. A commissioned painting is the perfect gift for a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any occasion at all! Send me a photo or two, and I'll create a unique painting for you.
I'm and 'old-school' artist. Your painting will be done using real paint, on a real canvas, with real brushes and knives. (i.e. No digital imaging or printing is involved.)
How it works:
- Send me a photo (or photos) of the people and/or pets you want painted. Photos in high resolution with strong contrast work best, but not essential. Two separate phots can often be combined into one painting.
- Choose what size you want your painting to be.
- Before I begin the painting process, I will create a 'mock-up' of the composition, and send it to you. Once we are agreed on a composition (i.e. roughly how the finished painting should look), I will begin the painting process.
- Your painting will usually take 7-14 days to complete. (Let me know if you have a more urgent deadline.)
- I will send you a photo of the painting as it nears completion to get your approval. At this stage, you are welcome to make any suggestion for anything you want changed or altered.
- Only when you are completely satisfied with the finished painting, is it shipped to you.
- Shipping is free Australia wide, via Australia Post, including tracking. It will ususally take anything up to 10 working days for your painting to arrive via Australia Post, depending on where you are. (Shipping costs to anywhere outside of Australia will be added to the initial price.)

- Then "Choose file" to attach a photo (or photos) of what you would like me to paint. You can also include any instructions or questions you may have, and then click "SUBMIT".

Your painting will be done on a 'deep edge' (32mm side profile) artists canvas, with the sides also painted, and the hanging hardware already attached to the back, so its ready to hang on the wall the moment it arrives. If you prefer your painting to be done on a narrow edge (18mm side profile) canvas, or an art board, please let me know.
