This is a real paddock to plate display piece!
This small ceramic strainer or locally known as a ’berry bowl’ allows you to pick straight from the garden, wash and then put straight onto the table as a display piece.
Using 100% Australian sourced clay, this rectangle colander has been handmade with design and practicality in mind.
The piece is sanded, glazed gloss on the inside and outside with a small section remaining matt on the base for my stamp. It is twice fired and tah dah your piece of handmade Australian pottery! I use a food safe glaze and this item is suitable for the dishwasher (although I handwash mine to save possible knocks and bangs in the dishwasher).
