Butterfish Suncatcher

These beautiful butterfish with silver highlights and blue faceted glass crystals will sparkle and throw stunning light patterns throughout.

Please note that one fish has 2 clear twisted faceted crystals and one blue, the others all had three blue faceted crystals. Please email me if you have a preference.

These fish are completely unique.  The fish have been cut from plywood using a scroll saw, sanded, prepped, and painted by hand.  I only use Hydorcryl acrylic paint, a nontoxic, Australian owned company and Australian made product.  A texture media has been used to create raised ridges on the fins and body highlights and then super fine glitter has been used to create highlights.

Fine copper wire has been used with short rectangular blue and clear glass beads to create the chain to attach the larger glass crystals. every chain, ring, clasp and hanger is handmade and there will be slight variations.

This item uses natural copper which will change colour over time.
