These earrings are made from real flowers, picked, pressed and preserved in resin by me. They feature a bouquet of white daisies, Queen Anne's Lace and Gypsophila, or Baby's breath. The random placement of the flowers really adds to their individuality.
They are 6cm from top to bottom and are 4cm wide. They are very thin, hardly 3mm, lovely and light to wear! The elegant hoops are nickel free so perfect for those with sensitive ears.
These earrings are truly a labour of love for me, requiring much more time than most of my other creations. After picking and pressing the flowers they are placed randomly on a pink slab of resin. When almost cured each shape is hand cut so as to get the best arrangement of flowers. Then shapes are topped with 2 layers of clear resin. Edges are sanded and sealed and then the hoops are added.
The glossy pink background contrasts beautifully with the white flowers and really makes them pop!
