Brooches are back!

This angel brooch symbolizes protection, hope and love.

You can pin your angel brooch to your clothes, bag or hat and you can also wear it as a necklace if you want.

The angel is painted with a thin layer of white acrylic ink and varnished with a waterproof matte varnish. The natural colour of the palm leaf shines through beautifully.

The edges of the angel are decorated with white cotton thread. I have made the angel's face from natural earth clay and the hair is from cotton thread. Behind the angel is a silver plated brooch back and a 6mm jump ring for a chain or ribbon.

The dimensions of the angel are approximately 5.5cm x 4.5cm

There are many things and events in life for which a palm leaf angel brooch is a good choice, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, birthdays, christenings, condolences and graduations. You can also give an angel brooch as a general gift to show deep care and love to someone at any time.

Because these angel brooches are handmade not mass made, no two are exactly alike. This is the main reason why I love handmade items.
