Hi! I'm Anne, the proud owner and maker of Kantakoru, Anne's Palm Crafts. Since 2022, I've been transforming fallen palm leaves and upcycled materials into one-of-a-kind decorations and jewellery, making a meaningful difference in our environment.

The natural golden hue and resilient fibrous structure of palm leaves ignite my imagination, fuelling my creativity and inspiring new ideas. Every piece has unique touch nature.

Our large yard is a natural treasure trove, where, in addition to good quality palm leaves, I get all the natural materials I need for my work.

Creating is a truly empowering experience for me. I believe that every handmade item has a story to tell, and I'm passionate about sharing those stories. My small business operates from my home in the stunning Redlands Coast QLD.

We offer nationwide shipping to Australia.

Shipping is via Australia Post, please check their website for approximate delivery times, our items are shipped from postcode 4163.

Flat rate standard tracked shipping is AUD $ 10.95

By placing an order with us, you have agreed to this postage information.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, however, please allow up to 2 business days for processing and handling. An email notification, including tracking information will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

REFUNDS

Refunds cannot be provided if the buyer changes their mind about a purchased product once it has been paid for.

Please note that utmost care is taken in packaging but if your items are damaged in transit, please email us (kantakoru@gmail.com) with photos of the damaged package and item(s) and if you are approved, we will refund it. However, we need to be advised within 7 days after receiving your order with photo proof.

If you are approved, then your refund (excluding postage fees) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that replacement of the product is not an option as no two Kantakoru products are alike.
