This is an original hand-painted artwork using watercolours on 300gsm watercolour card. When I set out to create this piece I had only a vague idea of where it might end up. Instead just had the most fun watching it come to life before my eyes.
As the basic sections came together, I started to see "biomes" of different colours, when I then embellished with different patterns to represent what I saw each region could be.
Now that it’s finished I see a mix of landscapes: blue oceans, green forest, and golden plains to name a few. What do you see?
