Hey there, I'm Laura, a self-taught Adelaide-based watercolour artist. 

The goal of my art is to explore the interplay of nature vs art vs life through a predominantly abstract rather than realistic style. I focus on botanical shapes, waves, natural palettes and calming meditative colours to promote a sense of peace and wellbeing through my art. I especially love how the flow of water and pigment determines the embellishment I will add to a piece. The feeling of the art being in control of its own destiny, and that I am an observer or medium through which it comes to life.
