Meet the Botanica Donburi Bowl - made for comforting meals and slow evenings at home.

Donburi means “bowl” in Japanese and also describes those satisfying one bowl meals of rice topped with something warm and savoury.

Wheel thrown by me in my Sunshine Coast studio, Botanica is finished in an earthy olive glaze with trailing botanical details revealing the speckled clay beneath. A hand detailed roping pattern around the rim adds a subtle layer of texture.

Generously sized for rice dishes, noodles, stir fries or poke bowls, it also features a built in chopstick rest and holder.
