These Garlic / Ginger Graters are made with Stoneware clay, hand thrown by me on the pottery wheel and altered to add the ripples for grating.
This is the ideal tool for grating Ginger, garlic, lemon / orange zest, nutmeg, hard cheeses etc. just place the food item on the dish and rub on the ripples and it’s all done, add some olive oil and and serve with your favourite bread.
