* Made by my hands on the pottery wheel, altered by pushing the wet clay with a tool to form the grating surface and hand drilling the holes for stripping fresh herbs.

* Glazed by me with White Gloss, features a Speckled finish and Fired twice in my small kiln.
Easy to use, just place your food item on the dish and rub over the ripples and TaDa all done, then place the herbs into the holes and pass through, the leaves detach from the stem.
