Shipping & packaging policy

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right, please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless prior arranged.
