Ready to ship in Monday to Friday. Pick up by appointment available 7 days a week by appointment from Cherry Gardens South Australia (business days)

Delivery Times: 1-2 Days for in stock items and ready to hang pieces. Custom pieces may take upto 4 weeks to be completed prior to shipping.

If you are interested in a custom piece or a particular yarn or fibre but cannot see what you are looking for, please reach out. We have loads of colours to choose from and love creating something special that is unique to you.

Please contact me ASAP if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchanges are accepted on pre-made items and craft materials if there is a problem with the product.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the purchaser\'s cost.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
