Hi and Welcome, At the Knotty Bee Macrame Creations, I create unique, handmade macrame pieces with love and care. I’m passionate about turning simple knots into beautiful designs that add a special touch to any home. • Payment is expected at the time of purchase

Shipping & Packaging 

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 5-7 business days
• Made to order or custom orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks (or as arranged)
• Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
• Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Refund & Exchange 

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn’t right please contact me first within 7 days.

If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
