Shipping Policy:

We aim to ship within 5 business days of receiving an order. If our handmade products are temporarily out of stock, we will be in touch and provide an update about shipping accordingly. Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Please allow up to 14 days for your products to arrive from the time of shipment through standard post. Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for damage or loss through postal service. Any damage or loss will need to be investigated through the postal provider.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange, returns or refunds on our handcrafted products and gift packs, so please choose carefully.

Please note that our soaps are handcrafted and no two bars will be the same. With their uniqueness, our soaps come in variations in size, weight and colour. For this reason, we do not refund for the subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, nor do we refund / exchange because a customer may not care for a product’s colour, texture or perceived performance on the individual.
