We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, due to the handmade nature of our ceramic pieces, we do not offer returns or refunds if the buyer changes their mind. Each item is carefully crafted, and slight variations or imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade goods.

- Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
- Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
- Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
- If an item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, or the tracking information for lost items. I will work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Refunds or replacements may not be possible without sufficient evidence or if the item was mishandled after delivery.
