Hi I’m Jotty, the owner of Shaped Calm. My journey started from raising funds for wildlife charity when I first started making earrings for others. Discovering polymer clay allowed me to find my creative escape from my everyday life as a scientist. The whole process of mixing and making was so calming hence we came up with the name shaped calm. Creating always brings me joy and I hope to always offer something unique and creative each time. I really hope you’ll enjoy coming along my journey with me. I really appreciate the support.

Returns & Exchanges
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a solution.
Cancellations
• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will begin processing.

• Polymer clay earrings are lightweight yet delicate. Handle them with care.
• Avoid water exposure (showering, swimming).
• Store in a dry place and keep away from direct sunlight to preserve colors.
• To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
Custom Orders
• We love creating custom earrings! Message us for personalized colors or designs.
• Custom orders require 7 extra days for processing.
Allergy Information
• Our earrings use hypoallergenic stainless steel or nickel free posts and studs, but please check materials if you have sensitivities.
