Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in 3 (business days)
Ships out using: Sendle or Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: 3-7 days
Items will be shipped with tracking. Orders will ship within 3 working days, unless otherwise specified in the item description. If you require your items sooner, please include details in the notes section and we'll do our best to get your upcycled goodies to you for when you need them.
Sustainability is important to us, so all of the packaging we use is compostable - including the shipping label! The paper wrap can also be recycled (or upcycled, if you're feeling crafty), so you've got multiple options to keep things green.
If you have purchased the wrong size, we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. Please email info@sendonupcycling.com.au if you wish to organise an exchange. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us, as well as the cost of us re-shipping the replacement item. We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Custom orders cannot be returned, unless faulty.
For faulty products, Send On Upcycling offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied. Should the item you purchased have a defect (subject to assessment) we will offer you a replacement, repair or exchange on this item where:
- the product has faulty workmanship or materials
- is not fit for its purpose
- is significantly different from the sample or description
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
- Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should I need to contact you.
