Shipping Policy

Scrapadoodle wants our customers to be happy with our product and will accept returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Post marked within 14 days of receipt
- Packaged to prevent damage upon their return (I would recommend using the same type of postage packaging in which you received your item)
Please understand: Custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered or were damaged in transit, in which case I will make alternative arrangements with you. Please message me through my Made it store with a description of the item and the reason for its return.
Scrapadoodle takes no responsibility for goods that are in return transit but become lost, damaged or not delivered to me. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will notify you via email and process your refund in 3-5 business days (minus shipping and any gift wrapping costs) to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
