Shipping Policy

Ships out using: Australia Post

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Delivery Times: 5-14 days

Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving cleared payment. Exceptions are only for public holidays and weekends. I send all items from Australia Post. The shipping cost over $10.60 is included tracking.

Australian customers: allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery, dependent on Australia Post.

After posting if I've overcharged I'll refund the difference via paypal.

I will ship to your MADEIT address. Please check your shipping address. I cannot be responsible for an incorrect address.

I will accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already shipped.

If you are not happy with your purchase, then please contact me as soon as you receive your parcel . Please contact me before returning an item so that we can work together to resolve any issues you may have.

Item must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging for me to issue a refund. All you have to do is pay for the shipping. Refund will only be made after receiving back the item. All shipping costs will not be refunded.
