As an avid earring lover, I was inspired to start making my own when becoming a mum. I want my kids to see that being creative + making things that make you happy is achievable; that you can follow what you love + build something beautiful from it.
I’m drawn to all things authentic + love creating unique pieces that are carefully designed to be a little "different" & always keeping comfort + weight in mind with every new piece.
Sustainability is at the heart of what I do. I make everything in small batches, design and print my own cards using recycled cardstock + avoid plastic wherever possible. I also believe in repurposing packaging to reduce waste, because beautiful things shouldn’t cost the earth.

Every Olive & Sol piece is handmade with care and I want you to love your jewellery!
As all items are handmade, there may be slight imperfections.
A little note while I make the transition from My Little Olive to Olive & Sol! As I'm a one-woman show (making, packing, photographing and everything in between!), you might still spot a few My Little Olive photos floating around. Please bear with me while I slowly catch up. Same hands, same heart, same love for handmade jewellery; just a fresh name and a very long to-do list!

Olive & Sol takes no responsibility if you have an allergic reaction to the earrings. The materials have been listed on each item for you to identify & make an educated decision on whether to buy this product. All materials used are of a high quality which are suitable for sensitive ears.

Jewellery Care
Your Olive & Sol jewellery is handmade with care, so a little extra love will help keep it looking beautiful.
- Treat with care: Jewellery can be delicate, so handle gently and avoid pulling, bending or putting pressure on pieces.
- Avoid dropping: Take care when handling your jewellery, as dropping it onto hard surfaces may cause damage to delicate components or gemstones.
- Keep out of direct sunlight: When not being worn, store your jewellery away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
- Keep it dry: Avoid getting your jewellery wet. Remove before showering, bathing or swimming, especially in chlorinated pools.
- Avoid chemicals: Keep jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, cleaning products and other chemicals. Apply beauty products before putting your jewellery on.
- A little extra love for pearls: Pearls are naturally delicate and can be damaged by chemicals, perfumes and abrasive cleaners. Avoid soaking them or using silver dips and harsh cleaning products. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Keep away from little hands: Jewellery is not a toy. Please do not allow children to wear or play with your pieces.
- Store safely: When not in use, store pieces separately to help prevent tangling, scratching and damage.
A little care goes a long way in keeping your handmade pieces looking their best!
Change-of-mind returns
As each piece is carefully handmade, I don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong style or deciding a piece isn't quite right for you. This applies to both earrings and rings.
Please check product descriptions, materials and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about a piece, feel free to contact me before purchasing, I'm always happy to help!
Faulty or damaged jewellery
If your jewellery arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault or isn't as described, please get in touch through Madeit. As a small handmade business, I'd appreciate the opportunity to understand what has happened and help resolve the issue.
Please include your order details and where possible, photographs of the problem. I'll work with you to determine the appropriate next steps in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Breakages
Although the materials used to make these earrings & rings are strong, they are not unbreakable. Please handle your purchases with care as refunds will not be made for breakages. Please refer to Jewellery Care to keep your girls in good condition.
Accidents happen, and sometimes our favourite pieces need a little TLC! If you've had a little mishap with your jewellery, please get in touch, I'd love to see if I can bring your piece back to life. Repairs for accidental damage may be available for a small fee, depending on the damage and what's possible.
Design
Most of the earrings listed are one of a kind, although some designs may be available in multiples. Where multiple pieces are available, your item will be selected at random from the available stock. This means the exact piece you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured, particularly where natural gemstones or pearls are used.
Natural gemstones and pearls each have their own unique colours, patterns, shapes and markings. These little differences are what give each piece its own personality and make your jewellery truly individual. No two pieces need to be identical to be beautiful!
