Nature's olde skool miracle is a small business run entirely by myself. I infuse my products with herbs, fruits, vegetables, teas, milks, wine, beer and clays, to name a few, to obtain hidden goodness in my products. This is a unique feature not found in many homemade soap products. Everything is grown or purchased from organic produce. I make small batches to ensure quality in my products. My motto is FROM OUR GARDEN TO YOUR SKIN. I test every batch on myself before it is available to be purchased. I believe that nothing is impossible with the correct reasearch and a dedication to helping others.My true passion is challenging myself. My products are made from raw, natural ingredients. I have a love for experimenting with unusual ingredients and techniques. Some succeed, some do not but it is the unknown that excites me. Orders will be packed and delivered to Australia Post within 1-3 business days. This time frame may vary depending on any communication with the buyer. For busy seasons please allow up to 5 business days for order to be packed and delivered. Shipping Australia wide.
Returns or exchange policy:
Due to most of the products being used for hygiene any opened or used products will not be covered by the return or exchange policy.
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your products. The product must be returned in original, unopened packaging with no evidence of use/damage.
Refunds and returns:
I, the vendor, cannot control damage in transit. However if this does occur please contact me immediately adding photos of the damage. Together we can work out a solution to any damage that has occured.
I take great care when making all of my products and every batch is tested before been ready to purchase. EG: One bar of soap is taking from each batch and tested on myself before any sales. This bar is then kept for my personal use. If you have any concerns feel free to contact me. Please note that all ingredients are listed on every product. I advise to check for any known allergies before use. Spot testing is recommended especially on children.
