Please note that due to differences in the way colours are displayed on computer monitors the colours of the item may not be an exact match with that displayed on your monitor. Also, as our items are handmade, there will be slight variations/differences between products.

- Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days
- Made-to-order or custom orders will be shipped within 10 business days (or as arranged)
- Shipping is Standard Parcel (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase or the item is small enough to fit in an envelope in which case it will be sent as an un-tracked letter).
- Please contact us if you would like to purchase tracking or Express shipping
- Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
- Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping (if required). This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you (excludes items posted as letters). It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
Refund & Exchange policy
Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
We do not refund for change of mind so please choose sizes and colours carefully.
However, if the goods are different from the original order then they will be replaced at no additional cost.
It is extremely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your goods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, then we will organise a solution for you ASAP.
In the case of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us and we will ensure a positive outcome for you.
Ā If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Made-to-order/custom orders
- Payment is required at the time of order
- Turn-around time is 10 days unless stated otherwise on product listing
- Made-to-order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made.
