All custom orders require full payment before work can begin

Please choose your size carefully, as returns for incorrect sizing cannot be considered

Returns and exchanges will only take place if there is a fault in the item

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time frame you can choose a refund or replacement.

Items should be returned in original condition to be assessed

Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, until the fault has been inspected.
