Custom orders typically require 5-7 business days for creation before shipping. Pre-made items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
- All of my items are handcrafted, and due to the nature of the production process, no two pieces are exactly the same. Slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur, making each item one-of-a-kind.
- For custom book earrings and lapel pins, I create each piece based on your unique specifications. Please note that designs may differ slightly from your reference images,Ā dueĀ to the miniature size, e.g. some text and other small details may not be visible atĀ such a smallĀ scale.Ā
- To preserve the beauty of your handcrafted book earrings or lapel pins, please avoid exposing them to water or harsh chemicals. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.Ā They are real books, bound in Bukram book cloth so they are very sturdy. But just like real books, they don't do well in water, and the paper is subject to normal wear and tear as well as yellowing, foxing, etc.Ā
- Due to the custom nature of certain items, I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will do my best to resolve it.
