Little Birds Talk is an Australian online store, established in 2016.
Started by myself with the love to create and make things. I enjoy the process and take pride in every little thing, dabbling in everything and anything that catches my eye. I am mostly self-taught through online videos and sitting in on a workshop here and there. Through the enjoyment of creating, I wanted to expand more out of this, and Little Birds Talk was born.
The name came about as I stared at my computer daydreaming and listening to the sweet little birds outside the window. I began with making hair accessories for my girls and moved onto making softies. You could call them my product testers. Since then, my mindset to where I wanted my little business to go grew and grew, and here we are today - a small family business run by myself with the support of my husband and children. So, the narrative has changed where it's no longer "I" or "My", it's more of "We" and "Our".

Payment is made at the time of purchase.
Little Birds Talk cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries but we will work with you to try find a solution.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE INFORMATION.
We are committed in providing you with products that are of the highest quality.
All items are carefully checked prior to being packaged and sent out.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item/s is/are returned for a change of mind, you must pay for return postage of the item/s.
If an alternative colour is requested on the item/s, upon receipt of the returned item/s a replacement will be shipped to you where you will need to pay postage cost.
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe postage and appropriate insurances when returning goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with reason of our decision.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within seven days of the email notification date.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
We will replace the item/s if they are received faulty or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong colour, we are happy to exchange it for you, but you will be required to cover all shipping and insurance costs.
