- Items with Free Postage are sent flat packed and untracked unless otherwise stated.
- Australia Post can take from 2 - 14 days to deliver untracked items.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
I refund or exchange if item is faulty, I do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
Exchange postage is to be paid by buyer.
Customer must make contact within 7 days.
If a refund or exchange is requested the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less postage.
Return postage is the buyers responsibility.
