I’m Jess, your friendly jeweller based in Adelaide, South Australia. Since 2008, I’ve been crafting jewellery that’s just as vibrant and unique as you!

For me, jewellery isn’t just about accessorizing – it’s about creating little treasures that tell your story and show off your personality. From the first sketch to that final, perfect polish, every piece I create is sprinkled with love, joy, and a dash of whimsy. Shipping Policy

Ready to ship in 1 - 3 (business days)

Ships out using: Express post with signature on delivery is standard shipping, this comes with tracking number (unless arranged otherwise)

Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right, please contact me first within 5 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original unworn condition: All Items must be unworn & in their original condition within 5 days for a full refund less shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any jewellery boxes, jewellery bags, jewellery pouches, tags, & any other accessories that were included.

Return shipping is the buyers’ responsibility and needs to be a express post with signature on delivery.

Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days

Bespoke creations or custom orders will be shipped within 2 - 6weeks (or as arranged)

Default shipping is express post with signature on delivery and with a with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)

Items are carefully & securely packaged and I use recycled packaging wherever possible.

Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.

Bespoke creations / made to order

Payment is required at the time of order

Turn-around time is 5 -7 days or larger bespoke creations may take between 2 – 6 weeks unless stated otherwise on product listing

Made to order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made.

Products & Custom Orders

All products have been described & displayed as accurately as possible. Some variations of colouring may occur when viewing in browsers through different monitors. 
Each item is handmade by Jess Ervin. As a result, slight variations in band width, thickness, availability of gemstone, shape, colour & size may occur, however each piece will function to the standards & sizing as described & meet the utmost quality control.

In case of any unforeseen circumstance or reason, Jess Ervin reserves the right to suspend the fulfilment of any order. In this case the client will immediately be notified & actions taken place to best resolve or cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed & payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase. Reversals or refund of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact to Jess Ervin, for consideration of circumstance. 
Orders will be processed provided that ordered goods are available.
Jess Ervin reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the website.

For all bespoke creations, please reach out, allow approx 48 hour for a response (Monday - Friday)

Faults or Resizing

Jess Ervin will repair any piece purchased my store, free-of-charge within a two week period from purchase, (proof of purchase needs to be provided) unless the item has clearly been mistreated or damaged by owner through misuse. The returned piece will be inspected & assessed upon its return before further action is taken, & before the free repair is decided. Any repairs after this time will incur a charge, unless it's clearly a design or manufacture fault, in which case the customer is required to contact Jess Ervin to arrange the repair of the piece.

If the customer believes the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Jess know within three (3) days & everything possible will be done to assist you. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item posted is packaged securely & will be in brand new, untouched, unused condition.

If you are unsure of your ring size, please contact Jess before placing your order.. Rings that will need to be resized will incur a charge. Should your ring need resizing please contact Jess for more information.
