Payments:
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are subject to change without notice. We accept Paypal, Credit Card and Direct Deposit. Orders are shipped after payment is received in full.

Domestic Shipping:
Already made items ship within 1 business day via Australia Post or preferred courier provider. Most parcels arrive within 3 – 15 business days depending on location. Once the parcel is packaged and ready to ship, a tracking number will be issued. Please be aware that the delivery service is the responsibility of the selected courier provider. Items are shipped in sturdy, double walled recycled boxes where possible (for the purpose of minimising customer shipping costs).

Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. Responsibility cannot be taken for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

International Shipping:
We do not ship our items internationally.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping method is typically via Australia Post or preferred courier provider. Shipping rates are detailed separately to the item price. When postage and handling charges are not detailed, these are calculated separately. Please contact us directly to find out in these instances.

Insurance:

All parcels and lamps are covered by freight insurance to the value of the lamp including freight cost.

Custom-made items:

We pride ourselves on offering custom bespoke desk lamps. Please let us know if you wish to have a bespoke desk lamp designed. Please note no return nor exchange will be accepted. We do not offer any refund on custom-made items.

Returns, Refunds & the Australian Consumer Law:
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We do not, however, facilitate refunds for change of mind, or a change in your financial situation or circumstances, so please choose carefully. Where the item you have purchased is defective, damaged or significantly different to the item pictured on the website, please contact us to discuss the situation so that we can reach a suitable outcome in compliance with the Australian Consumer Laws. If you chose the wrong item, you will be responsible for postage to return the new item to you once we receive the returned item in merchantable condition. If you chose the correct item but we packaged the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of postage of the correct item once we receive the returned item in merchantable condition.

Warranties Regarding Goods:

Conditions, warranties and other provisions which apply to or in respect of goods under or by virtue of the Australian Consumer Law as amended from time to time or any other enactment of the Commonwealth of Australia, the State of Queensland or of any other place and which by that enactment cannot be excluded from these policies shall apply without restriction or modification. All other warranties, conditions and guarantees which would or may be implied (whether by statute law, trade usage or otherwise) into this account agreement (including, in particular, any which may in any way relate to quality or fitness for any particular purpose) are hereby expressly excluded from these policies.

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.

All lamps come with a 12 month warranty (excluding globes which have a 3 month warranty).

Faulty goods:

Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery within 24hrs-48hrs of receipt of goods.

Under Warranty:

First instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, including clear detailed photos or video. We will then advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufacturing fault and the item is under warranty then we will repair the faulty item at free of charge. Any shipping cost will be at the buyers expense.

Not under Warranty:
