Please keep in mind that for custom orders, it may take up to 5 days to prepare your order. During busy periods, it might take a bit longer, but I'll let you know beforehand, I want to make sure you're aware of any potential waiting times before confirming your order.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, don't worry! Just let me know within 7 days of receiving it, and I'll sort it out for you.
