Shipping Policy

Shipping policy
- Items are made to order and will be shipped within 10 business days (or as arranged)
- Default shipping is Standard Parcel post with tracking (unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase)
- Items are carefully & securely packaged and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
- Tracking details will be provided at the time of shipping. This allows both parties to track the parcel and ensure it gets to you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase.
Refund & Exchange policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Made to order/custom orders
- Payment is required at the time of order
- Turn-around time is maximum of 10 days unless stated otherwise on product listing, or negotiated at time of purchase. An earlier turnaround can be negotiated and accommodated if possible.
- Orders will be completed as quickly as possible however at times there may be circumstances resulting in longer completion times, particularly with larger items or multiple items within the order. This will be discussed at time of purchase.
- As all items are made to order, orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made.
