I'm Elizabet - the maker and creator of ELVE Crafts. I have always been passionate about creating, however, my newfound passion for acrylic painting began last year in my retirement. Here you will find a collection of my work - individually handmade acrylic paintings designed to add a touch of colour and unique artwork to your home. All paintings are created in Brisbane, Australia; and are made with love.
Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in 1 - 5 (business days)
Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: Shipping dates may vary dependant on your location.
IMPORTANT:
- Due to the nature of online shopping, the colours depicted through your computer screen or electronic device may vary slightly from the actual artwork received. We will always do our best to represent the colours as they are in real life.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Local pick up / drop off subject to availability - please contact ELVE Crafts to discuss further.
- For any custom orders / made to order items, shipping will take longer and will be an agreed timeframe between ELVE Crafts and the Buyer.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
- We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind purchases, so please ensure you select your product/s carefully.
- We do want you to be happy, so if your item is faulty, damaged, or something is wrong, please contact ELVE Crafts within the first 5 days of the recorded Australia Post delivery date, so that we are able to troubleshoot and discuss a viable solution.
- If the outcome is a refund, the Buyer shall return the item in its original condition via tracking, within 5 days of the refund being granted. Please note that return shipping shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
- If the outcome is an exchange, please be advised that an exact like for like replacement will not be available. This is due to each piece being hand painted and individually crafted so therefore no two paintings are exactly the same. We will be more than happy to discuss an alternative solution for you in the event an exchange is granted.
MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM ORDERS
- Payment is required at the time of order.
- Turn-around time is approximately 10 days unless stated otherwise or agreed between ELVE Crafts and the Buyer.
- Made to order & custom orders are unable to be cancelled once payment has been made.
