• Made to order or custom orders will be made in a timely manner and shipped within 2 business days of completion
• Items are carefully & securely packaged and shipped via Australia Post Standard Parcel post with tracking which will be provided at the time of shipping

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Should your item arrive damaged or faulty please contact me via email within 48hrs of receiving your order to discuss.
