Caring for your Jewellery

• Handle the earrings gently. Try to avoid tugging on the fringe or any attached findings or charms.
• Avoid wearing in water. Extended exposure to water will have an adverse effect on the integrity of the thread that's used to weave the earring.
• Avoid handling with excess oily product on your hands (moisturiser, sunscreen etc.)
• Storing your earrings on a stand or in a box (keeping the fringe flat) will protect them and help to maintain their shape while you're not wearing them.
• To clean the earrings you can buff them softly with a microfibre cloth.

Refund & Exchange policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase and I hope you love your jewellery as much as I loved making it.
However... if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
